InSitu2

InSitu2 brings together the Espaces Louis Vuitton Tokyo, München, and Beijing through a shared program dedicated to contemporary creation, inviting artists rooted in each city to engage in a dialogue across disciplines and geographies via talks, educational initiatives, and live performances. United by a common framework, each Espace unfolds a program shaped by its own creative ecosystem.

München

From October 30 to December 18, 2026, Espace Louis Vuitton München explores Myth through the leitmotif of the faun, inspired by the Barberini Faun. Blending classical mythology with modern interpretations of transformation and disruption, the venue transforms into an evolving site of artistic creation. Dance, sound, and spoken word unfold within an ever-changing scenography, alongside conversations and programs celebrating creation in its most ephemeral form.

Tokyo

From October 24 to November 27, 2026, Espace Louis Vuitton Tokyo examines Ibasho [居場所, Place to Belong], where home is defined not by space alone but by a gesture repeated, a moment shared, a memory returned to. Gathered around a tatami mat, beneath a table or behind a curtain, visitors encounter Rakugo, Noh, and intimate conversations — an invitation to slow down and inhabit the space as their own.

Beijing

From October 31 to December 20, 2026, Espace Louis Vuitton Beijing explores Transformation through sound memory, video art, and immersive theatre. Showcasing sound art maps, video works by contemporary Chinese artists, and participatory theatrical workshops, this program reawakens the city’s history, its perception, its memory, and its living spaces.
